Pablo Acebedo and Viviana Davila Acebedo founded Macarena's Mexican Food with a dream to bring California style Mexican food to Kansas City market and beyond. After almost two years of searching for the ideal location, Macarena's opened the first store December 2019 in Liberty, Missouri. This new concept was an immediate success and just 8 months later, the second store opened in Northland Kansas City.
